What is Learn to Dive?
The DuDive Learn-to-Dive programme is your gate-way into the sport of diving.
Learn-to-Dive introduces you to the basic elements of diving in a fun and safe environment. Our lessons run over 5 levels, based on a divers age and ability. This ensures divers make fast progress in a structured environment.
All our lessons are run by fully qualified diving instructors.
The Benefits of Diving

Did you know? Professional divers only spend around 50% of their training in the pool!
Divng, as a discipline, provides a well rounded workout for the body and mind. Diving incorporates trampolining, gymnastics, yoga, strength work and conditioning training, all aligned to improve the diving skills learned in the water.
As well as the physical benefits of diving, a major benefit of diving is the increase in water confidence. Diving also helps children learn how to address and overcome their fears in a safe and controlled environment. To make progress in diving, children also have to develop their concentration and focus to understand and apply what they are being coached.
How to Get Involved
No matter what your goals and ambitions in diving, DuDive offers a children's activity in Dubai that will suit your needs. From diving lessons, gymnastics lessons for diving, holiday camps or Pay N Play, we have a way for you to get involved.

DIVING LESSONS
DuDive offers diving lessons for all ages. We hold diving lessons for children from 4 years and up, with the ability to swim in deep water.
DuDive also offers adult diving lessons because we believe there should be no age limit on when you can learn something new!
PAY N PLAY
Pay N Play runs every Friday from 18:00-19:00. Pay N Play is a great chance to play on the boards with expert guidance.

HOLIDAY CAMPS
DuDive runs the only diving holiday camps in Dubai. Our childrens holiday camps run throughout all school holidays.
The DuDive holiday camps provide a great introduction to diving. The camps run for 2 hours, Sunday to Wednesday.
Gymnastics
We run gymnastics for kids up to 8 years. Our gymnastics sessions provide the basic skills preparing your little ones to excel in the pool!
Classes will run for an hour at a cost of 80 AED.!
